Heartsaver First Aid
This course teaches concepts for recognition of injuries and illnesses and the treatments that are most beneficial in the first minutes of care prior to EMS arrival.
Heartsaver CPR/AED
A basic CPR class intended for those interested in learning life-saving skills, regardless of experience level. In addition to the concepts and proper application of CPR principles, this training also incorporates AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training, which has been proven to markedly increase the chances of survival in adults who experience sudden cardiac arrest.

Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED
A blended class to teache concepts for recognition of injuries and illnesses and the treatments that are most beneficial in the first minutes of care prior to EMS arrival as well as the concepts and proper application of CPR principles and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers is the recommended BLS class for MDs, RNs, EMTs, Dentists, Pharmacists, and all medical personnel. BLS certification meets the CPR requirements for EMT, nursing and medical students.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Skills
Basic Life Support or BCLS stands for Basic Cardiac Life Support. The terminology of BCLS has been replaced by BLS but it is the same CPR class.
Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED is for anyone involved in childcare who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives.
Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card in CPR for their job.
Designed for those who are at risk for on the job exposure to blood and other bodily fluids in the workplace. This course teaches how bloodborne pathogens are spread, how to avoid exposure and what to do if exposed to infectious material.
OSHA requires employers who provide fire extinguishers in the workplace that are available for employee use to also provide an "educational program" for affected workers that covers the principles of fire extinguisher use as well as the hazards of incipient-stage (early stage) fire-fighting.

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS and Pals and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association.
Any fees charged for a such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association.
